What is cellularSignalSnr?
This reports the signal-to-noise ratio for the cellular connection, in dB, with -9999 as the sentinel meaning the metric isn't applicable to this particular cellular technology or state. Unlike raw signal strength, SNR reflects how cleanly the signal can be decoded relative to interference, so an admin uses this to distinguish a weak-but-clean signal from a strong-but-noisy one that RSSI alone wouldn't reveal. For example, a device might show decent RSSI but a low SNR, explaining poor throughput despite an apparently adequate signal bar count.
