What is cellularSignalRsrq?
This reports the reference signal received quality for the cellular connection, in dB, an LTE-specific quality metric that combines signal strength and interference, with -9999 meaning not applicable outside LTE. RSRQ complements RSRP by indicating how usable the LTE signal actually is once cell loading and interference are factored in, so an admin uses the pair together, not RSRP alone, to fully assess LTE link quality. For example, decent RSRP with poor RSRQ would suggest the serving cell is congested or subject to interference even though its raw signal is strong.
