What is cellularSignalRsrp?
This reports the reference signal received power for the cellular connection, in dBm, an LTE-specific signal strength metric distinct from the general-purpose RSSI, with -9999 meaning not applicable outside LTE. RSRP measures the power of just the LTE reference signal rather than total received power, making it a more precise per-cell signal-strength metric for LTE troubleshooting than RSSI alone. For example, an admin comparing RSRP across two LTE cells the device can see would use it to determine which cell tower is providing the stronger signal for a handover decision.
