What is cellularSignalInfoId?
This is a numeric identifier for a specific signal-information record in the cellular signal table, used purely to index a particular set of readings (RSSI, SNR, and related metrics) rather than carrying any signal-quality meaning itself. An admin uses this id to correlate a group of related signal measurements that all belong to the same polling instance or reading set on a cellular-equipped device. For example, matching cellularSignalInfoId 3 across the RSSI, SNR, and SINR objects confirms those three readings were all taken as part of the same signal snapshot.
