What is cellularENodeBId?
This reports the identifier of the LTE eNodeB (base station) the device is currently connected to, with -1 meaning not applicable when the device isn't on LTE. An admin uses this specific base-station identifier to pin down exactly which physical cell tower a device is attached to, which is far more precise for troubleshooting a coverage complaint than just knowing the general area. For example, correlating this eNodeB id with a carrier's published tower map would confirm exactly which tower a poorly-performing device is actually latched onto.
