Setting this write-only object performs one of four control actions on the specified T3/E3 high-speed port: boot (reboot it), enable, disable, or resetstats (clear just that port's statistics counters). Having resetstats as a distinct option from the node-wide cdx6500statResetAllStats lets an admin clear counters for just this one T3/E3 circuit without wiping every other port's historical statistics on the node. For example, an admin isolating a suspected issue on one T3 trunk would use resetstats to get a clean counter baseline for that circuit alone, while every other port's counters remain untouched for comparison.
