What is cdx6500allportsPortControlStatus?

Setting this write-only object lets an admin enable, disable, or busyout this specific port on command. Busyout is the graceful option, letting existing sessions on the port wind down before it goes out of service, versus disable which takes it offline immediately, so an admin picks between the two based on whether in-flight traffic on that port needs to drain first. For example, an admin doing planned maintenance would set this to busyout so active calls on the port complete normally, whereas disable would be used to immediately kill a misbehaving port during an active incident.
