What is cdx6500RoutSVCPriority1?

This sets the call-forwarding priority for destination slot 1 within this route selection entry, where 0 designates a backup port and 1 through 15 rank the destination from highest (1) to lowest (15) priority, used together with load conditions to decide where a call actually lands. An admin uses the priority value here to control which of the up to eight configured destinations in this entry gets tried first when a matching call comes in. For example, setting this to 1 makes cdx6500RoutSVCDestination1 the top pick, only falling back to slot 2 or later if that first destination is unavailable or overloaded.
