Because these key objects are read-write with no separate read-back obscuring mechanism noted in the MIB, an admin auditing this modem's SNMP access controls should verify that cdmipAccessListEnforcement is properly restricting who can even read this object, since exposing it would leak the actual encryption key in slot 7. A misconfigured SNMP community string combined with an exposed key7 value would let an attacker who can poll this OID recover the actual Triple DES key protecting whatever route uses it.
