What is cdmipQosRulesSrcIpMaskLen?
This is the prefix length, 0 to 32 bits, applied to the source IP address to define the matching source subnet for this QoS rule. A mask length of 32 restricts the rule to one exact host while a shorter length like 24 matches an entire subnet, so this is the value an admin tunes to widen or narrow which devices' traffic gets the rule's treatment. For example, changing this from 32 to 24 for a rule with source 192.168.10.0 broadens the rule from matching one host to matching all 254 hosts on that /24 subnet.
