What is cdmipQosRulesMaxBw?
This is the bandwidth ceiling, in Kbps, that this QoS rule's traffic will not be allowed to exceed, applicable in both 'Maximum Bandwidth & Priority' and 'Minimum Bandwidth & Maximum Bandwidth' modes. This is the cap an admin lowers to prevent one greedy application, such as a background software-update service, from consuming the whole satellite link's capacity regardless of which QoS mode the site is running. For example, capping a guest-Wi-Fi rule at 128 kbps max ensures it can never crowd out the business-critical traffic sharing the same satellite link.
