What is cdmipQosOption?
This reports whether the Quality of Service FAST feature license is available and installed on this particular unit. Because Comtech's FAST options are software-unlocked add-ons, this read-only flag is how an NMS or script determines whether a given modem is entitled to use QoS features before attempting to configure them via cdmipQosOpt. A unit reporting this option as unavailable would reject or ignore attempts to enable cdmipQosOpt, since the underlying feature is not licensed on that box.
