Description: Enable or disable 'downlink multicast routing' option (Satellite to Ethernet).
What is cdmipDownlinkRouteMulticastFeature?
This enables or disables the ability for the modem to route multicast traffic in the satellite-to-Ethernet, or downlink, direction. This is the single satellite-to-Ethernet switch that gates all downlink multicast forwarding regardless of the per-route multicast settings in cdmipIpRouteMulticastOptions; if this is disabled, no downlink multicast gets through even if individual routes are configured for it. A remote site expecting to receive a multicast video feed from the hub over the satellite link would see it fail to arrive if this feature is disabled, even with correct multicast routes configured.
