What is cdmipDiffServRulesDscp?
This is the DiffServ Code Point, DSCP, numeric value associated with this DiffServ rule, fixed by the device and not user-configurable. This is the actual 6-bit DSCP value the modem checks in incoming IP packet headers to sort traffic into this rule's queue, so an admin troubleshooting DiffServ classification checks this value against what upstream routers are actually marking packets with. For example, if upstream equipment marks voice traffic with DSCP 46, EF, but this rule's DSCP value reads 34, AF41, that mismatch would explain why voice traffic isn't landing in the expected DiffServ queue.
