This read-write object controls the Rx descrambler state: off(0), on with default type(1), or on with IESS-315/Turbo only(2). Identical in function to cdd564RxDescrambling, this must match the scrambling scheme applied at the transmitting end, and a mismatch here, particularly using default descrambling against an IESS-315-scrambled Turbo carrier, will prevent the demodulator from producing a coherent bit stream even while RF-locked. When receiving a Turbo-coded carrier from a far-end transmitter using IESS-315 scrambling, an admin must set this to onIESS315(2) rather than the plain onDefault(1) setting, or the recovered data will be unusable despite a valid RF lock.
