What is cdm570RedundancyState?
This reports whether this particular modem, in a 1:1 redundancy pair, is currently the active (online) unit or the standby (offline) unit. In a redundant deployment, an NMS polling this on both units in the pair can confirm exactly one is online at any time and alert if that assumption is ever violated, for example both units reporting online. A value of online(1) on this unit paired with offline(0) on its partner confirms the redundancy switchover logic is behaving correctly.
