What is cdd564RTCTime?

This read-write object sets or reads the unit's real-time clock time in the form hh:mm:ss, measured from midnight. Like cdd564RTCDate, this feeds the timestamps used throughout the unit's event and statistics logs, so keeping it accurate, ideally synchronized to the same time source used elsewhere in the network, is what makes it possible to correlate this unit's fault log against other equipment's logs during a multi-device incident investigation. If this unit's clock drifts a few minutes out of sync with the network's central logging system, an admin correlating a logged event timestamp against a separate NMS alert timestamp would need to account for that offset to confirm they're looking at the same incident.
