What is eponTrafficProfileCfgPbs?
This integer (2000-10240000) sets the Peak Burst Size, the token-bucket depth governing how far traffic may burst above the peak rate (PIR) for a brief interval before being hard-limited. Admins increase it when short bursts above PIR (e.g. buffering spikes) should not be dropped outright. For example, raising eponTrafficProfileCfgPbs lets a video client's initial buffering burst briefly exceed PIR without frames being discarded.
