This is a standard SNMP RowStatus that governs creating, modifying, or deleting a VLAN-mapping row in the EPON service profile's per-port VLAN table, rather than a data value itself. Admins use it because the underlying C-VLAN/S-VLAN/priority settings for a port only take effect once the row is committed with createAndGo, and a whole VLAN mapping can be cleanly retired with destroy. For example, a technician writes createAndGo(4) to add a new C-VLAN 201/S-VLAN 100 mapping when provisioning a triple-play package, then later writes destroy(6) to remove that mapping when the package is discontinued.
