Description: Description.

What is eponSrvProfileEthPortOutTrafficProfileId?

This binds a traffic-shaping profile, by ID, that rate-limits outbound - downstream, from the network to the subscriber - traffic on Ethernet ports using this service profile, per the object's name (the description is only the placeholder 'Description.'). Paired with the inbound profile binding on the previous OID, this is what actually enforces a subscriber's advertised download speed at the ONT's Ethernet hand-off, independent of whatever the PON-level DBA profile grants for upstream. Binding a 100 Mbps outbound profile here caps that port's download throughput at 100 Mbps even if the subscriber's DBA/upstream settings would otherwise allow more aggregate PON bandwidth.
