What is eponSlaProfileServiceGuaranteBandwidth?
This read-write integer (0-999936, kbps-scale) sets the 'assured' bandwidth for a service queue — capacity the DBA scheduler grants on demand whenever that queue actually has data to send, unlike the always-reserved fixed bandwidth above. Admins use it to guarantee a responsive ceiling for bursty-but-important traffic without permanently reserving capacity while the queue is idle. For example, setting eponSlaProfileServiceGuaranteBandwidth to 2048 kbps promises the data queue up to 2 Mbps whenever it requests it, but that capacity isn't wasted reserving idle time the way fixed bandwidth is.
