What is eponSlaProfileServiceFixBandwidth?
This read-write integer (0-999936, kbps-scale) reserves a fixed, always-on bandwidth allocation for one of this SLA profile's service queues, granted regardless of whether that queue currently has traffic to send. Admins use it for traffic that must never be starved, such as voice signaling that needs a guaranteed slot even when idle between calls. For example, reserving 128 kbps of eponSlaProfileServiceFixBandwidth for the voice queue ensures a VoIP call always has a pre-allocated upstream slot even during heavy data congestion on the same PON.
