What is eponSlaProfileServiceBestEffortBandwidth?
This read-write integer (0-999936, kbps-scale) sets the best-effort bandwidth ceiling for a service queue, granted only from whatever PON capacity is left over after all ONUs' fixed and assured allocations are satisfied. Admins raise it to let a queue burst higher when the PON isn't busy, understanding it is the first traffic sacrificed under congestion. For example, setting eponSlaProfileServiceBestEffortBandwidth to 10000 kbps lets a subscriber's data queue burst to 10 Mbps during quiet hours, but that headroom disappears first whenever the PON gets busy.
