What is eponSlaProfileRowStatus?
This is the RowStatus for creating or deleting rows in the EPON SLA profile table. Admins use it because retiring a bandwidth tier that is no longer sold requires explicitly destroying its profile row rather than just leaving it unbound. For example, destroy(6) removes an SLA profile once every ONU has been migrated off a discontinued service tier.
