Because this row sits one level more granular than the line profile itself, per-LLID rather than per-profile, an admin can edit or destroy an individual LLID entry here without touching the parent line profile that dozens of other LLIDs may still be using. Destroying a single LLID's row here removes that one subscriber's binding to the line profile without affecting any of the other LLIDs still bound to the same profile.
