This is simply the row index into the cat2600TsTrapRcvrTable, the internal number the switch uses to identify one particular trap-receiver entry among possibly many configured on the device. It does not carry configuration data itself, but an admin uses it to correlate cat2600TsTrapRcvrIpAddress, cat2600TsTrapRcvrComm, and cat2600TsTrapRcvrStatus rows that belong to the same SNMP manager entry, and to pick the next free slot (via cat2600TsTrapRcvrNext) when adding a new trap destination. For instance, if three NMS stations are already registered as trap receivers, this index might read 1, 2, or 3 for each corresponding row.
