Description: unavailableSeconds count for any second when Data Bridging Status = Disabled since the last reset of the system counters. Note erroredSeconds and severelyErroredSeconds are not incremented when the link is unavailable.
What is unavailableSeconds?
Counts the number of one-second periods during which Data Bridging Status was Disabled, since the last reset of the system counters; note that erroredSeconds and severelyErroredSeconds are not incremented while the link is unavailable. This read-only counter tells an admin how much time the link spent effectively down for data-passing purposes.
