This value represents a rising threshold and must be greater than 0.0, less than or equal to the total value (maximum capacity) of the monitored resource as specified in winA3StatusSessCpuInterval, but cannot be greater than the active critical threshold. These constraints will be maintained by the agent during all configuration actions.
