This value represents a rising threshold and must be equal to or greater than 0.0, less than or equal to 100.0, equal to or greater than the warning minimum threshold, but cannot be greater than the critical maximum threshold. A value of -1 disables the evaluation of this threshold.

Read-write rising threshold specifying the maximum CPU utilization percentage above which a warning is triggered for an individual CPU; must be between 0 and 100 and at or above the warning minimum threshold.
