Description: &Default critical minimum threshold, in seconds, for the cpu utilization monitoring of the process watcher to add. This value represents a declining threshold and must be equal to or greater than 0.0, less than or equal to the total value (maximum capacity) of the monitored resource as specified in winA3StatusProcCpuInterval, but cannot be greater than the warning minimum threshold. A value of -1 disables the evaluation of this threshold. The threshold can be specified as either an absolute value (n) or a percentage (n%). The value of winA3StatusProcCpuInterval will be the reference value for n% notations.

Read-write default critical-level lower threshold, in seconds, for a process's CPU utilization, below which a critical condition is raised.
