Description: &Default warning minimum threshold, in bytes/sec, for the received bytes monitoring of the network interface watcher to add. This value represents a declining threshold and must be equal to or greater than 0.0, equal to or greater than the critical minimum threshold, but cannot be greater than the warning maximum threshold. A value of -1 disables the evaluation of this threshold.
