Description: &This attribute is used to update the list of job resources that are currently known to the agent and are available for monitoring. If set to 4 (refresh), the agent checks the Windows System for available resources and updates the table with the contents of the first buffer constituting the beginning of the list of available resources found. If set to 2 (next), the agent updates the table with the contents of the next buffer. If set to 3 (previous), the agent updates the table with the contents of the previous buffer. This attribute cannot be set to 1 (none).

What is winA3AvailJobButton?

A read-write control that, when set to 'refresh', causes the agent to rescan the Windows system for job resources and update the available-jobs table.
