Description: &Current warning minimum threshold, in bytes/s, for the total sent bytes monitoring of the network interface watcher. This value represents a declining threshold and must be equal to or greater than 0.0, equal to or greater than the critical minimum threshold, but cannot be greater than the warning maximum threshold. A value of -1 disables the evaluation of this threshold.

This read-write value sets the declining warning-minimum threshold (bytes/s) for total sent bytes on the network interface; it must be >= 0 and >= the critical minimum, but not exceed the warning maximum.
