Description: &A watcher monitoring the scan rate of a real memory resource changed its status to 'passive'. The varbind list contains a varbind with detailed information, encoded as a single string, including the type and value of the involved metric; if applicable, the varbind also includes the current threshold settings and other information useful for automation purposes.
