Description: &Default monitor level for the number of threads monitoring of the process watcher to add. If set to 1 (do-not-monitor), the agent does not evaluate the actual state of the resource and sets the status to ok. If set to 2 (down-warning), the agent uses a warning severity if the resource is in bad condition. If set to 3 (down-critical), the agent uses a critical severity if the resource is in bad condition.

Controls how strictly the process watcher evaluates the thread-count threshold, ranging from not monitoring at all to treating breaches as warning or critical conditions.
