What is cadIfDsOfdmChlPCTotalAllowedUsage?
Configures the combined maximum percentage of downstream bandwidth that may be used by both normal and emergency telephony services together on this channel. This overall cap prevents voice services from collectively consuming more than the specified share of downstream resources.
