Description:
Maximum percentage of downstream resources that may be used by non-emergency telephony services. This is also the maximum amount of resources non-exclusively allocated to sessions of this type. The default is set from the globals in CadPCMibBase.
What is cadIfDsOfdmChlPCNormAllowedUsage?
Configures the maximum percentage of this downstream channel's bandwidth that may be consumed by non-emergency (normal) telephony sessions. This acts as a cap on the total downstream resources that can be allocated to standard voice calls.
