Description: When a row's cadIfDownSpectralInversion column is set to true(1), then spectral inversion is enabled. Otherwise, spectral inversion is disabled. Note that spectral inversion is a video PHY parameter not used with DOCSIS channels; it is only used for channels of type VOD and video-replica.
What is cadIfDownSpectralInversion?
Enables or disables spectral inversion on this downstream channel, a physical-layer setting used for video (non-DOCSIS) channel types to correct signal polarity in certain RF plant configurations. This parameter is not applicable to standard DOCSIS data channels.
