Description: Maximum percentage of downstream resources that may be used by non-emergency telephony services. This is also the maximum amount of resources non-exclusively allocated to sessions of this type. The default is set from the globals in CadPCMibBase.
What is cadIfDownChannelPCNormAllowedUsage?
Configures the maximum percentage of downstream channel bandwidth that can be allocated to non-emergency PacketCable telephony service flows. This cap prevents voice services from monopolizing the downstream channel at the expense of data traffic.
