Description:
Minimum percentage of downstream resources that may be used by emergency telephony services. If the value of this object is non-zero, then a portion of the downstream bandwidth will be set aside for normal telephony use only - reducing the bandwidth that is available for normal data. The default is set from the globals in CadPCMIbBase.
What is cadIfDownChannelPCEmerResUsage?
Configures the minimum percentage of downstream bandwidth reserved exclusively for emergency telephony services on a CMTS downstream channel. When set to a non-zero value, this portion of capacity is withheld from general use to ensure emergency calls can always be placed.
