Description:

This parameter defines the start of the downstream latency region where packets are randomly dropped. This value must be less than or equal to cadDownChannelLsredMaxThresh.

What is cadDownChannelLsredMinThresh?

Defines the lower latency threshold at which the Latency-based Selective Random Early Discard (LSRED) algorithm begins probabilistically dropping downstream packets. Packets with latency below this value are never dropped by LSRED, while those above it face increasing drop probability.
