Description: We got an IMS header in the request. We validated the timestamp and decided that the client's copy of this object is fresh. So we generated a 304 response and sent it out to the client.
What is hitsReplyWNotModified?
Tracks cache hits where the client sent an If-Modified-Since header and the proxy determined the client's cached copy was still fresh, returning a 304 Not Modified response without re-sending the full content.
