Description: This is for controling whether a higher priority Backup VRRP virtual preempts a low priority Master.

What is clusterVirPreempt?

Indicates whether a higher-priority Backup node is allowed to take over the Master role from a lower-priority Master in a VRRP cluster. When enabled, the highest-priority node always assumes the Master state automatically.
