For service interworking -

The options are direct, always-0 and always-1. If mode 1 mapping is desirable, the user shall select direct mapping. If mode 2 mapping is desirable, the user shall select always-0 or always-1 to map the DE field to a constant value (0 or 1).

What is qsimNewFrameRelayVcClp2De?

A read-write setting controlling how the ATM CLP bit maps to the Frame Relay DE bit for network interworking, offering direct mapping (mode 1) or a fixed mapping via the none option (mode 2).
