What is bwaVLSUPMirDownlink?
Configures the Maximum Information Rate (MIR) for downlink traffic from the Access Unit to a Subscriber Unit Plus (SUP), in Kbps (range 128–12,032, rounded to the nearest 128 Kbps multiple). This sets the peak downlink throughput cap for that subscriber unit.
