bwaVLAUDefinedFrequency

Module: BWA-DOT11-WLAN-MIB

OID (symbolic): BWA-DOT11-WLAN-MIB::bwaVLAUDefinedFrequency

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.12394.1.1.6.12.8

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: Applicable to AU/BU with HW revision B and lower (for units with HW revision C and higher replaced by bwaVLAUDefinedFrequencyNew to support a resolution of 0.5 MHz). For 5.8GHz products with SW version below 2.0 this is the frequency in MHz of the AU/BU after the next reset. For units with SW version 2.0 and up this is the frequency in MHz to use when the DFS Option is disabled. For 5.8GHz products with SW version below 2.0 the range is 5740 to 5830 MHz using 10MHz resolution. For units with SW version 2.0 and up the range is as defined in the selected Sub Band.

What is bwaVLAUDefinedFrequency?

This read-write field sets the frequency in MHz an AU/BU should use, on units with HW revision B or lower: for SW versions below 2.0 it is the frequency to use after the next reset, and for SW version 2.0+ it is the frequency used when DFS is disabled. HW revision C and higher units use the sibling bwaVLAUDefinedFrequencyNew instead.
