What is unixRouteCreatedByRedirects?

Tracks the number of dynamic routing entries that were added to the routing table as a result of ICMP redirect messages. This shows how much the routing table is being shaped by external redirect signals, which could be legitimate or malicious.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4.5.6
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> BSDUNIX-MIB::unixRouteCreatedByRedirects

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4.5.6.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> BSDUNIX-MIB::unixRouteCreatedByRedirects.1
