Description: Specifies the amount of time in seconds that the TPAD will wait for a response from a device before it attempts to re-poll the non-responding device. The TPAD will continue to re-poll the device until the Error Threshold Count is reached. The device will then be polled based on the value of the Service Timer. For a Host PAD it specifies the amount of time in seconds that the HPAD will wait for a Host response before it requests a response retransmission.
