Description: Calculation of the MasterDownInterval from RFC 2338:
Skew_Time = ((256 - Priority) / 256)
MasterDownInterval = (MasterDownRetries * AdvertisementInterval) + Skew_Time
What is biboBrrpOperMasterDownRetries?
Sets how many missed advertisement intervals (default 3) a backup router will tolerate before declaring the master down; it feeds into the MasterDownInterval calculation together with biboBrrpOperAdvertisementInterval and this router's priority-derived skew time.

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.272.4.40.1.1.10.1 i <value>
SNMPv3 example:
snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> biboBrrpOperMasterDownRetries.1
