What is brcdTMCpuAggrQStatsOldestDiscardPkts?
Reports the aggregate count of packets that did enter the CPU-bound ingress queues but were subsequently deleted because the buffer became full. This tail-drop counter helps distinguish between packets dropped before and after admission to the queue.
